Returning an Unwanted Item
We hope you love your purchase. However, if you're not completely satisfied, we've made our returns process straightforward and hassle-free.
You may return any item within 30 days of receiving your order, including sale items and products purchased using promotional discounts.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must:
- Be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
- Have all original tags and labels attached.
- Be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Be accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that returns or enquiries submitted after the 30-day return period cannot be accepted.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment and in the original transaction currency (unless otherwise stated).
- We aim to process all returns within 5 working days of receiving your item.
- During peak periods and public holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
Return Costs
- UK Returns: Free of charge.
- EU Returns: A return fee of £4.99 will be deducted from your refund to cover return processing costs.

We recommend using a tracked or signed-for delivery service to ensure your parcel can be monitored throughout its journey. Please note that returned items remain the responsibility of the customer until they have been safely received by us. For UK customers, Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For is a suitable option.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 28-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you are entitled to exercise your statutory right to cancel your purchase within 24 hours of placing the order, or return the item within 28 days of receiving it, for any reason and without the need to provide justification.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received—unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that a return handling fee of £4.99 will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of returning the item to us within the EU.
